Simple HTML for WordPress-ANNOTUM use

A test page to find out how one can work with simple HTML to build nice looking pages and posts on WordPress and WordPress-Annotum…

Being not a programmer, I need myself to learn about it and I will try to explain what sort of HTML code is working here on WordPress-Annotum… it’s a bit different of what was working on Knol, but Knol authors will quick learn it…

I will first play around a bit (learning…) with this page and later I will publish the learned HTML who works…

My favorite links for HTML Learning:

Here below the HTML code which was used for the above published…

<img style=”margin-right: 10px;” src=”your image URL in here” alt=”” align=”left” border=”0″ /><span style=”font-size: medium;”>A test page to find out how one can work with simple HTML to build nice looking pages and posts on WordPress and WordPress-Annotum…</span>

So let’s have a look at the code and explaining it a bit…

1.) Publishing an image on the left hand side where text is floating on the right side of the image:

and where text starts some pixels away from the image

The complete HTML code below…

<img style=”margin-right: 10px;” src=”your image URL in here” alt=”” align=”left” border=”0″ /><span style=”font-size: medium;”>A test page to find out how one can work with simple HTML to build nice looking pages and posts on WordPress and WordPress-Annotum…</span>

Explaining the HTML code in detail…

<img style=”margin-right: 10px;” src=”your image URL in here” alt=”” align=”left” border=”0″ />

margin-right: 10px;” tells us that the text will start on the right hand side of the image with a distance of 10 pixels away from the image…

You may experiment around with it by visiting the web site of W3Schools.com where you will find an online HTML Editor and so be able to experiment and learn about HTML
